 PSORIASIS AND HOMEOPATHIC TREATMENT:-

Psoriasis is thought to be an immune system problem. A condition in which skin cells build up and form scaly, itchy, dry patches. Psoriasis is the result of a sped-up skin production process. 

Typically, skin cells grow deep in the skin and slowly rise to the surface. Eventually, they fall off. The typical life cycle of a skin cell is one month. In people with psoriasis, this production process may occur in just a few days. Because of this, skin cells don’t have time to fall off. This rapid overproduction leads to the buildup of skin cells.

People may experience:

Pain areas: in the joints

Skin: rashes, dryness, fissures, flakiness, peeling, small bump, thickness, or redness

Also common: depression, inflamed tendons, itching, joint stiffness, plaque, or small dents in nails.

Type of psoriasis-

Plaque psoriasis- Most common type of psoriasis, about 80 percent of people with the condition. It causes red, inflamed patches with whitish-silver scales. 

Guttate psoriasis-It is common in childhood. It causes white, pus-filled blisters.

Inverse psoriasis-It causes bright areas of red, shiny, inflamed around skin folds.

Erythrodermic psoriasis- It is a severe and very rare, covers large sections of the body at once. The skin almost appears sunburned.

 

Requires a medical diagnosis

The most common symptom is a rash on the skin, but sometimes the rash involves the nails or joints. Psoriasis isn’t contagious. You can’t pass the skin condition from one person to another.

 

Homoeopathic treatment-

Psorinum- For Condition that Worsens in Cold Weather

Sulphur- Helps in cases with severe itching and burning in the psoriatic skin lesions.

Apis malifica-Circular red patches and feeling hot.

Nitric acid.- when patient always suffering from acidity and gastric complains.

Rhus. Tox.- works well where joints are involved.

Petroleum Oleum – For Deep Cracks in skin and watery discharge from the cracks.

Nux vomica- Best suited remedy for those who living luxury life and suffering from constipation.

Graphits- Remedy use when cracks appear on skin patches and oozing blood.
